Mark Holley has over 40 years of experience as an architect. An expert in Construction Codes and Requirements, Mark brings a systems perspective and architectural sensibility to ARCHITECHNICA’s projects, collaborating with clients, staff, contractors, and government officials to author the eloquent documentation of architecture. His masterfully written, methodical specifications for building planning and programming are at the nucleus of ARCHITECHNICA’s design process. He oversees the Master Planning and Building Programming work at the firm, including conceptual design and construction specifications.
Past President of the Sierra Valley Chapter of the AIA, Mark has been actively involved in Stockton’s Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and the San Joaquin Business Council. He is an avid fisherman and golfer who enjoys competitive cooking. He also serves as commissioner on the San Joaquin County Building Board of Appeals.
