Robert R. Machado, AIA

Bob oversees all aspects of design and production at ARCHITECHNICA and leads the firm's quality control program. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to more than 500 projects, ranging from small residential work to multi-million-dollar ventures throughout the Central Valley. The majority of his experience is in educational, financial, and commercial projects. Bob earned his architect's license after many years of accredited professional practice.

Bob is an exceptional member of the local community, actively contributing at the leadership level in architecture, construction, and visual and performing arts non-profit organizations. His lifelong commitment to community service began with guiding his children and others through Scouting.

He is a founding director of Sponsors of Musical Enrichment (S.O.M.E.), a non-profit dedicated to supporting Drum Corps International, local music groups, school music programs, and the performing arts. Bob has also served as a Director on the boards of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, the Builder's Exchange of San Joaquin, and the Stockton Arts Commission.

In his spare time, Bob enjoys gardening and creating decorative wood carvings with his CNC machine. Many of our clients proudly display one of his handcrafted carvings as a gift from Bob in their offices.
