Architect

California License required (or obtained within one year of date-of-hire if licensed in another state)

Responsibilities include:

  • Project programming, management, and scheduling
  • Design (hand, Sketchup, Revit, and other design and presentation software)
  • Specification Writing
  • Cost estimating
  • Development of Construction Documents using Revit
  • Bidding Support and Contractor Procurement
  • Construction Observation
  • Contract Administration
  • Business Development Support
  • Assist project team members with their duties and roles on a project.

Project Manager

Unlicensed Individual with a Bacherlors Degree in Architecture and 5+ years experience or 15+ years documented experience in Architecture

Responsibilities include:

  • Project programming, management, and scheduling
  • Design (hand, Sketchup, Revit, and other design and presentation software)
  • Specification Writing and Editing
  • Cost estimating
  • Development of Construction Documents using Revit
  • Bidding Support and Contractor Procurement
  • Construction Observation
  • Assist project team members with their duties and roles (exposure to other aspects, duties, and roles that are necessary for licensure)

Project Coordinator

Unlicensed Individual with a Bacherlors Degree in Architecture and 3+ years experience or 10+ years documented experience in Architecture

Responsibilities include:

  • Project programming and management
  • Design (hand, Sketchup, Revit, and other design and presentation software)
  • Specifications editing and organizing
  • Cost estimating support through material and quantity identification
  • Development of Construction Documents using Revit
  • Bidding Support and Contractor Procurement
  • Construction Observation
  • Assist project team members with their duties and roles (exposure to other aspects, duties, and roles that are necessary for licensure)

Designer | Project Technician

Unlicensed Individual with a Degree in Architecture or 5+ years documented experience in Architecture

  • Design (hand, Sketchup, Revit, and other design and presentation software)
  • Renderings
  • Specifications Editing
  • Cost estimating support through material and quantity identification
  • Development of Construction Documents using Revit
  • Assist project team members with their duties and roles (exposure to other aspects, duties, and roles that are necessary for licensure)
