With experience leading complex workflows, managing teams, and improving operational efficiency, Cindy works closely with firm leadership to align day-to-day business functions with long-term goals. Her strategic mindset and attention to detail support the firm's continued growth, helping identify opportunities while strengthening client relationships and business development efforts.

Cindy oversees the administrative and financial functions that keep the firm operating effectively and responsibly. Her experience in process management and performance evaluation informs her work in budgeting, financial coordination, payroll support, invoicing, and accounts payable. She ensures the firm has the resources needed to meet project commitments while maintaining a high standard of quality and accountability. Cindy also manages risk and compliance efforts, including oversight of business insurance and contractual requirements.

Drawing from her experience in team leadership and employee development, she assists with recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations, while helping maintain a collaborative and well-supported office culture.
