Timothy L. Dearborn, AIA, LEED AP

For more than 34 years, Tim has delivered architectural solutions for clients across California's Central Valley. He is engaged in every phase of project development—from pre-design through closeout and beyond—and has designed a wide range of facilities, including Career Technical Education (CTE) centers, PreK–12 classrooms and playgrounds, athletic facilities, food service kitchens, restaurants, and office/retail buildings.

A steadfast advocate for Career Technical Education, Tim believes schools must expand opportunities for students seeking alternatives to traditional college pathways. He supports programs that provide exposure and training in construction trades, fabrication, culinary arts, agriculture, alternative energy, and automotive technology.

As Managing Partner of ARCHITECHNICA, Tim—together with Megan—oversees the business side of the firm, with responsibility for business development and client relations. He is also committed to diversifying the firm's portfolio and expanding into new markets.

Tim serves as an Industry Representative (Engineering & Architecture) on the California Department of Education's CTE Industry Sector Advisory Board and is a CTE advisor for both Lincoln Unified and Stockton Unified School Districts.

Since moving to Stockton, Tim has been deeply involved in local community and school organizations. He is especially proud of being a founding member of the Downtown Comeback Club, serving as Secretary of the Kohl Educational Foundation (KEF) for 11 years, and contributing to the Builders' Exchange of San Joaquin's scholarship and workforce development committees. While his formal role with KEF has concluded, Tim continues to advise the organization and is actively supporting the Bud West Memorial Garden project.
